Last In Line II

Last In Line, Queensryche, A Pale Horse Named Death

The end of the year is upon us, and there is usually a lull between Thanksgiving and the end of the year.  That said, there are some new singles that have been released over the course of the last few days that give us a taste of some of the music that will be coming out in 2019.  So if you checked out for the holidays, we’re here to prime you for what seem to be some cool new releases.

Last In Line is about to release their second album named II.  Like Heavy Crown, the album is produced by Jeff Pilson, and as many already know, Phil Soussan has taken over for late Jimmy Bain.  We’ll have to wait till February 22nd to see how that switch influences their sophomore release.

As we posted a few weeks ago, Queensryche will be releasing The Verdict on March 1st.  They released the first single “Man The Machine”, and much like everything they’ve done since Todd LaTorre has joined the band, sounds like classic Queensryche.  Here is a lyric video for “Man The Machine”.

A Pale Horse Named Death is about to release their third album, named When The World Becomes Undone on January 18th.  For those that don’t know, the band features Sal Abruscato formerly the drummer of Type O Negative and Life Of Agony on guitars and lead vocals.  Interestingly enough, Johnny Kelly, the drummer that replaced him in Type O, is the drummer in this band.
