DEE SNIDER TO RELEASE NEW LIVE ALBUM FOR THE LOVE OF METAL LIVE ON JULY 31ST

I recently posted about the new Dee Snider track “Prove Me Wrong”. It is a new track that you’ll find on his new live album For The Love Of Metal Live. The album drops in a little more than a month from now, on July 31st.

The album will come out on three different versions, digital, CD, and DVD/Blu-Ray. The content varies on all three versions. The CD variant has 15 tracks, which include the above-mentioned “Prove Me Wrong”. Plus songs from his days in Twisted Sister, an AC/DC cover, and a few off of his latest studio album, For The Love Of Metal. The digital release expands to eighteen tracks. It includes a Widowmaker song called “Ready To Fall”. The DVD/Blu-Ray adds a series of interviews.

Dee has released a live video for the track “I Am The Hurricane” off of For The Love Of Metal Live.

Here is what Dee had to say about the track:

“If there is ever a repeated message in my songs it’s this: Stand up, and fight back. Don’t take any sh*t from anybody, and f*ck anybody who gets in your way or tries to put you down. It’s a message that constantly needs to be reinforced in us all, myself included. “I Am the Hurricane” is that reinforcement!”
